Situated in front of the main promenade, in the heart of a very quiet cul-de-sac, you are also very close to the restaurants and stores of the town. Look forward to the permanent spectacle of nature and the island of Jersey on the horizon. A large secondary room in the garage provides space for all recreational equipment. You just have to be careful about the risk of falling in the garden, which is on an elevated position facing the sea. Visit for example the Mont-Saint-Michel (100 km), the landing beaches or the tapestry of Bayeux (85 km). This accommodation is the ideal place to discover all the riches of Normandy.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
