Really cozy and personally furnished cottage on a beautifully large and visually protected natural plot. In the garden there is a fireplace. In the kitchen-cum-living room you can sit by the fireplace and play cards or a classic board game. You can also sit comfortably in the garden furniture on the large terrace, which is partially fenced and covered. Not far from the house you will find an outdoor swimming pool, a shared playground and bike and walking paths. Take a trip with the driving edge to the North Sea coast. For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
