There is a fantastic nature reserve around Torrevieja and in the impressive Salinas de Torrevieja, the pink salt lake, you can swim and admire the pink flamingos. The wetland area, Las Lagunas de la Mata Natural Park, offers wonderful nature experiences and many beautiful hiking and cycling trails that take you through the La Mata wine region, among others. In the green, mountainous background of the coast, you can also go on a culinary journey of discovery and taste sweet oranges.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
