The house is located in one of the most charming villages in the valley of the Dun and is the perfect base to take full advantage of the sea (3 km) and the many cycling and hiking trails in the area. On the beach, which you can reach by a small road with little traffic, you can surf, kite and beach sail. 5 km away there are the nearest stores and utilities, such as a family doctor, a veterinarian, a bank and a pharmacy. A number of castles and churches adorn this region and are well worth a visit. Start with the Château de Mirosmesnil (17 km) and then head to Dieppe with its museum castle and the Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Bonsecours. Also worth visiting are the Memorial commemorating Operation Jubilee on August 19, 1942, and the Cité de la Mer with its aquariums and exhibitions. Take your family to the Clères Zoo (25 km) or to Lac de Caniel (25 km) with its entertaining water sports, and the adventure course in Angiens (5 km) is also fun for the whole family. Golfers can expect a variety of courses, such as the 9-hole course at Saint-Riquier-es-Plains (20 km) or the 18-hole course near Dieppe. Hiking, horseback riding, tasting cider and apples: everyone will find their personal happiness in this magnificent region. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
