The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. In the backyard, on the covered terrace, you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes on the communal grill and enjoy a glass of wine in conviviality. The small cottage behind the house is occasionally used by the owner. There are several beaches in the village and, just a few kilometers away, you can also find sandy beaches in Nin and Privlaka.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
