Here it enjoys a quiet location on the 3,000 m² large and very beautiful garden plot of the landlords. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Relax on your pleasant terrace or in the garden, and amateur anglers are also in good hands here thanks to the very short distance to the Eure. Just a stone's throw away, a forest invites you for beautiful walks, and 1.7 km away is a great recreational area for picnics and water sports. Visit Rouen with the Historial Jeanne d'Arc, its cathedral, a Fine Arts Museum, and the impressive Palace of Justice. Louviers (11 km) with the Église Notre-Dame and the Convent Saint-Louis is worth a visit, as is Château Gaillard (30 km). This partially destroyed medieval fortress near Les Andelys was built by Richard the Lionheart and now houses a museum about river navigation. For art lovers, Giverny (42 km) is a must. Visit there the house of Claude Monet with the beautiful garden that served as a great source of inspiration for this famous painter. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
