Near Caprino Veronese, just 7 km from the shores of Lake Garda, is this beautiful semi-detached house with shared pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. This is an ideal place to relax. The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor: spacious living area with a sofa and TV, kitchen with all appliances and dining table, a bathroom with shower stall and a double bedroom. Upstairs there is a second living room with double sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a second bathroom with bath. The garden is very large and surrounds the whole house and offers a covered equipped area, barbecue and pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Reserved parking space directly in front of the building. The characteristic landscape of the place is the perfect setting for a nice vacation. At 1 km there are various commercial activities with typical products of the area. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
