The property has a parking space. You can store bicycles and skis in the storage room. 2 Pets are welcome in this accommodation. There is a shared garden with garden furniture where you can enjoy yourself.

Only 4 km from the town of Winterberg there lies Neuastenberg where you will find a few restaurants and a bakery. Our holiday home offers a wonderful view. The whole year round you can feast your eyes on the hilly landscape around the Kahle Asten. You will find plenty of opportunities for relaxation as well as activities.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van de prachtige omgeving!
Wat het appartement betreft; op zich prima appartement, waar we ons goed vermaakt hebben. Tegelijk hebben we wel wat aanmerkingen: - geen snijplank aanwezig, - waterkoker werkt niet goed, - gordijnen woonkamer sluiten niet, - wc spoelt door, - terras open en niet afgeschermd. Daarnaast zijn er nog kleine zaken die aandacht vragen. Losse deurklinken en loszittende drempel bij badkamer.
Daarnaast was de check in niet duidelijk. Het nr. wat ik had doorgekregen (DS361) correspondeerde niet met de nrs. op de kluisjes. (DS051) Per toeval opende het juiste kluisje, omdat ik de telefoon voor kluisje DS061 hield en DS051 precies daarboven was.
Ook op locatie ging het niet vlekkeloos. Duidelijke communicatie is gewenst! Omdat ik via Heerlijke huisjes had geboekt, had ik te maken met drie contactpersonen:u, HH en de eigenaar. Dat wekt verwarring!
Bij uitchecken werkte de app niet goed en moest ik bellen.
Resume: omgeving een 10, huisje 6 en communicatie met de betrokken organisaties 5+.
