Description
Spend a cozy vacation in the recreational cottage settlement Yngsjö, on the east coast of Skåne. The cottage on a secluded natural plot has a large terrace facing south, within walking distance you will find a fine sandy beach. Practical room layout with bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, which is open to the kitchen. S11334 is another cottage on the property. The laundry room is shared. There is a lot to experience in the region. You can fish in Gropahålet and there are also several golf courses and a good network of cycling paths. Åhus is a popular resort for summer vacations. You may want to make a trip to the Naturum in Kristianstad or to Vattenrike and last but not least to Stenshuvud, the southernmost national park in Sweden.

Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
