Description
This holiday apartment is a great place to enjoy a lovely holiday. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room (with underfloor heating) has a seating area and dining area. The sofa is easily transformed into a comfortable sofa bed, which guarantees an excellent night's sleep. There is also a wide-screen TV. From the living room, you have a great view of the bobsled track and the chair lift on the Kappe mountain. The kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons, such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and of course a coffee machine and kettle. In the bedroom, you'll find a large, luxury box-spring bed. Babybed available. In the second bedroom there is a bed with a pull-out bed below, creating a "double bed" suitable for children or smaller persons, arises (1 mattress of 90x200cm and 1 mattress of 90x190cm). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The patio is lovely for sitting out to enjoy the sun.

The apartment is a new development in a small complex, with a view of the Veltins Arena. There is a storage area for skis and bikes.

Werkelijk fantastische en ongeëvenaarde klantvriendelijkheid in de aanloop naar ons verblijf. De medewerkers met wie ik telefonisch contact had waren ultra-ultra-vriendelijk en professioneel en betrokken en konden me perfect helpen. Zulke fijne authentieke interacties heb ik nog nooit eerder meegemaakt met een reisorganisatie, ik overdrijf niet. Het voelde ook alsof je bij een klein familiebedrijf boekte. Ik hoop dat iedereen in jullie organisatie beseft hoe bijzonder dit is en deze complimenten aanneemt alsof het hen persoonlijk betreft. Dit kan namelijk niet alleen maar aan de uiterst aardige vrouwen (ik denk dat ik 2 verschillende medewerksters heb gesproken, in 4 gesprekken in totaal) die ik sprak hebben gelegen, zoiets zit volgens mij door de hele organisatie heen, van management naar medewerkers.

Wir waren das zweite Mal da und die Wohnung ist schön modern, hell und zu Fuß ist alles super erreichbar. Es wird nicht der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen sein.
