The house is situated in an area rich in lakes, with nature right on the doorstep. Here you can go fishing - in Lake Sommen, in winter and summer - and pick mushrooms. The lake has 325 islands. Astrid Lindgren's Värld is ideal for a day trip. The Asby Alpina ski area is 32 kilometres away and has a snowboard area. Boats, motorboats and canoes, if available, can be hired in Tranås at Sommen.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
