The pleasant and very bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building with elevator and opposite the port and the sea. Through its large windows you can watch the boats entering and leaving the harbor. You also look out onto the esplanade lined with restaurants and the extensive golden sandy beaches, which can be reached via a walking path (800 m). Go exploring in the surrounding area and experience the medieval town of Dinan, Saint-Malo, the former home of fierce corsairs, elegant Dinard, and the La Rance barrage. It is only 15 minutes to Pleurtuit airport.

Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
