The property is beautifully located just approximately 500 meters from Kalmarsund, where you can go swimming and fishing. With its generous living spaces, open layout and large terrace, this is a wonderful place for families and larger groups.
The home is situated on a corner lot and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. There are numerous opportunities for hiking nearby, while the property itself also offers plenty to do. Play a game of table tennis on the terrace or gather together around the campfire by the outdoor fireplace at the back of the house.
Layout & Comfort
The home features spacious living areas with an open layout, making it easy to spend time together. Wi-Fi is available for an additional charge, and the property offers various options for relaxation and entertainment.
A crib and high chair are available for families with young children. Bed linen and towels are not included and cannot be rented, so you will need to bring your own.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
At the back of the house, there is a large terrace that is ideal for long summer evenings outdoors. Play a game of table tennis, enjoy the surrounding scenery or gather around the campfire by the outdoor fireplace.
The area around Figeholm is particularly well suited to nature lovers and active vacationers. Beautiful hiking trails, a tennis court and a playground are all within easy reach. You can also play padel in Figeholm. The coast offers excellent fishing opportunities, while there are also plenty of places to fish inland.
At the marina in Figeholm, you can also rent a motorboat, allowing you to explore the coast from the water.
There are plenty of interesting destinations for day trips. Visit historic Kalmar, with its well-preserved city center and impressive Renaissance castle. Cross the bridge to Öland, where you can enjoy the local cuisine and Swedish craftsmanship. Attractions such as Öland's zoo and amusement park, the Troll Forest and the medieval Eketorp Castle make the island particularly diverse.
Västervik, Glasriket and Astrid Lindgren's World are also excellent destinations for a day trip.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
