Due to the central location of the house you can go on many hikes to the beautiful alpine pastures of the Grossarl Valley. The leisure center in the village of Grossarl with swimming pool, sports field, large adventure playground, etc. is only a 5-minute walk away. The house is located next to the cable car, which takes you comfortably to the hiking area. Mountain bikers can set off from here on the new Grossarltal single trail or on one of the numerous Alpine pastures. You should definitely plan a hike to the 400-year-old Karseggalm, the only one in the valley where cheese is still made and smoked on an open fire every day in summer. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
