Description
This holiday home is within walking distance of Sneekermeer, where you can enjoy the beach or one of the waterfront terraces. Sneekermeer is a popular area for watersports enthusiasts. There are several marinas and many watersports options on and around the lake, including a speedboat track, SUPing and boat rentals. Besides all the water activities, Sneek is also a wonderful city to visit. 

Accommodation
The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by a fixed staircase. The living room has a cosy sitting area with a two-seater sofa and a separate armchair. The dining area between the kitchen and sitting area provides ample space for eating, enjoying drinks or playing games. The open kitchen has a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), kettle, toaster and a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. 

The bedroom is separated from the living room by two stylish French doors and equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). There is also a second bedroom on the mezzanine, containing two single beds (80 x 210 cm), which can also be placed against each other. All rooms have blackout window coverings. The loft also has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron in a separate storage room. 
The modern bathroom is accessible from the living room/kitchen and has a spacious shower, toilet, sink, mirror and hairdryer. The balcony (12m2) with a comfortable lounge set is on the west side of the house and accessible through the sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom.

For the little ones, there is a high chair and folding crib (60 x 120 cm) and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.

The apartment is located in a quiet nature reserve but has plenty of fun activities nearby, offering the perfect balance between a relaxing and active holiday. Sneekermeer offers ample opportunity for an active watersports holiday, but you can also relax on the beach at the recreational lake less than 500 metres from the apartment. The city of Sneek is always pleasantly busy; in addition to the famous chain stores, you can find unique stores and cosy restaurants and terraces, and various events are organised throughout the year. This accommodation not only offers comfort and relaxation but also a multitude of enjoyable amenities in the nearby vicinity. Take a leisurely stroll of approximately 13 minutes to reach the ferry that will take you to Starteiland, and just a 9-minute walk from the ferry, you'll find yourself on Starteiland, where adventure awaits. Within a 6-minute walk, you'll find the RCN campground with a wide range of facilities and the option to rent Valken for a delightful day on the water. And if water sports are your passion, you can reach the waterski area in just 6 minutes or enjoy the Aquapark (during the season) just 5 minutes away.
