The high living comfort and the furnishing of the house are the perfect basis for a nice vacation for one or two families. The large terraces invite you to sunbathe or barbecue. In the fireplace room with lowered tile floor you can spend cozy evenings. Or, after a long walk, warm up in the house's sauna or whirlpool. For extra comfort, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom, kitchen and fireplace room. If you want to take a trip, we recommend a visit to the long beaches or a crossing to the German island of Sylt.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
