Description
Located in the centre of Westkapelle, above hairdresser Mjjn zus en ik'. Everything close by. Step out of the door straight among restaurants. Enjoy the murmur of this peaceful village. Pick up fresh bread from the bakery across the street. The sea is only 150 metres down the road. Walk to the beach on your flip-flops! You can look out over the water from the sea dyke, and watch the ships sailing past. You can even drive all the way up to the water's edge. With the characteristic
red roofs behind you, next to the impressive light house and the creek where birds sing their hearts out just down the road. Go for a sunset stroll along the beach or take a seat at one of the many beach pavilions in the area. Enjoy yourself, You are on holiday!
About the accommodation
The stairs at the back of the building take you up to the flat. The open-plan kitchen has a combi microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen you walk straight through to the dining area that seats four. The characteristic beam structure creates a beautiful transition to the seating area with flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a double box spring (with two separate mattrasses). From the bedroom you can access the balcony, with seating for four. The second bedroom has two single box springs. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink and storage. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds. There is private parking located behind the building.
Surrounding area
Westkapelle is a quiet village on a dike with a sunny beach. The village has the highest number of sunshine hours in the Netherlands. The village has a supermarket, bakery, butcher, bicycle rental, pharmacy, souvenir shop and various restaurants. The historical city of Middelburg and maritime city of Vlissingen are both within 20 minutes by car. Both cities have a large variety of restaurants, shops and attractions.

Supersauberes Appartment, Friseurin hat sehr gut Haare geschnitten.
Meer war nicht weit weg. Spar und Bäcker waren um die Ecke.
Andere interessante Orte auch.
Schön war nicht die Baustellenatmosphäre und der damit verbundene Krach und Dreck.

Auch, wenn für den Check in eine falsche Pin zugesendet worden war, war der Kontakt völlig unproblematisch und die Hilfe prompt.
Die Vermieterin selber war supernett, wenngleich eigentlich alles über "Welcome in" in läuft. Für uns- als langjährige Domburg Urlauber - war die Strand bzw. Deichnähe der Unterkunft und die Nähe zum Supermarkt und Bäcker einfach super praktisch. Auch die ü 80 Eltern und der Hund sind mit der steilen Treppe ganz gut klargekommen. Heizung war top, Küchengeräte alles, was man sich wünscht. Betten driften etwas auseinander, dafür sind die Matratzen aber sehr gut. TV - wenn man es den braucht im Urlaub- reichlich deutschsprachige Programme.
