"At Bert aan Zee" you make memories, relax, love, enjoy, rest & more! Welcome to our holiday home in Zoutelande. The recently completely renovated house (June 2020) offers an attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendly and safety and 1 pet is welcome. A lovely house with all amenities (wifi, digital TV, 'emma' mattresses, combi-oven, filter coffeemachine, nespresso, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, enclosed and private garden around, bicycle shed with charging point, outside tap etc.). The house has a cozy living room, open kitchen and attractive dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin and a bedroom with a bed and a semi-high bed. There is a separate toilet and a walk-in shower with washbasin. The entire house has central heating, PVC flooring and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. The house stands on a plot of 147m², fully enclosed with greenery and mesh and renewed terrace with various furniture.
About this property
The holiday home is on a small-scale site, completely car-free. There is a playground available. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby ?! You park the cars on your own property. You are in the pleasant center of Zoutelande within 10 minutes walking distance.
Surroundings
The beach is within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday on the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande is reachable within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bike rental and a fresh bakery. The mundane Domburg is half an hour by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments.

Leuke accommodatie, beetje klein voor 4 volwassenen ivm stapelbed. Wat jammer is je kan er pas laat op de dag in en je moet er erg vroeg uit. Verder prima en goed gelegen

De knusheid van het huisje, de ligging, de luxe van de bedden, douche en inventaris.
Complimenten voor de indeling van het huisje. Alles is aanwezig en de attente verwelkoming; zelfs aan de hond is gedacht.

Wij hebben nu 3 jaar achter elkaar dit huisje gehad.
Locatie is heel fijn, dicht bij centrum en strand.
Huisje is perfect voor 2 personen en heel schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt zit in dit huisje.

De compleetheid van de woning: goed uitgerust keuken (bbq!), degelijke bedden, gezellige inkleding, aangename buitenruimte, goed gelegen voor strand- en duinwandelingen maar ook voor daguitstappen met de fiets.

Der Aufenthalt an und für sich war klasse. Jedoch finde ich, dass das Einchecken mit der WelcomeinApp total bescheuert ist. Die App hat erst am nächsten Tag funktioniert. Aber die Mitarbeiterin war sehr sehr nett und hat uns freundlicherweise den Code für den Schlüsselkasten gegeben.
Wir fühlten uns etwas beengt - das Haus war wirklich klein. Toll war aber wiederum das umzäunte Grundstück für unseren Hund. Die Gegend, der Ort - alles perfekt und wunderschön.

Das Haus war hervorragend ausgestattet, tolle Betten, sehr sauber und gepflegtes Haus innen wie auch der Terrassenbereich. Die Größe der Anlage hat uns sehr gefallen.
