Apartment 13D in Duinhof Klein Dishoek is a spacious and luxurious holiday home for six guests. Beautifully located at the foot of the dunes, just 250 metres from Dishoek’s wide sandy beach, it offers a peaceful, green setting—perfect for those seeking comfort, relaxation, and a beach holiday. The modern interior, high-end finish, and features such as a sauna and two sunny terraces make it a delightful place to stay.

Accommodation: The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, underfloor heating, and two generous terraces to ensure a carefree stay by the sea. 

It has a total area of 170 m², including the terraces, and is located on the first floor of the small-scale Duinhof Dishoek complex.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious hallway with a separate toilet. The stylish living room includes a comfortable seating area, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. Adjoining the living room is a 10 m² balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, combination oven, hob, dishwasher, and a large dining area. This level also has the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, and bathtub. There's also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and a safe.

On the next floor, there are two more bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm), as well as a second, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin, and a separate toilet. This floor provides access to a 20 m² rooftop terrace, where you can relax in peace and enjoy the sun and fresh sea air.

The entire apartment has comfortable underfloor heating. A private parking space with a charging station for electric cars (NewMotion) is included, as well as a private outdoor storage area. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, a service package, and a personal care set (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing start to your holiday.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The accommodation is completely pet-free and child-friendly.
