In the small village on the Riviere of Crikvenica, in Selce, lies this sympathetic semi-detached house. It is ideal for two families or a large one who want to spend their vacations together. In front of the house there is a terrace ideal for morning coffee, while the side terrace is more suitable for relaxing on deck chairs, sunbathing or being together in the evening. The cottage has a fenced yard with swing where children can play. The house extends over the first floor, where there are four bedrooms, one of which (room 2) has entrance from the outside.
