In the summer months, the neighbouring lake is transformed into a swimming paradise with numerous leisure activities. The resort also offers bike hire and children's activities during the school holidays. Discover local attractions such as the Hellendoorn adventure park, the Slagharen pony park and the cities of Deventer and Enschede. A visit to the nearby indoor swimming pool in Wierden, with its sauna, whirlpool and Turkish steam bath, rounds off the wellness programme.
Note: The "Boulevard Outdoor" music festival takes place nearby on the last weekend in June.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
