The classic wooden furnishings and a wood-burning stove create a soothing atmosphere in which it is easy to enjoy your everyday vacation, cook together or spend the evenings playing games at the dining table.
Depending on the season or the weather, you can also enjoy time in the conservatory or on the terrace in the garden. Have a barbecue or sunbathe on the sun lounger and watch your children play in the garden.
Walk the few meters to the beach and swim and splash around with your children in the shallow water. Anglers can also cast their lines here. From the house you have excellent opportunities for hiking in nature and many different experiences such as Universe, an amusement park that teaches modern and fun science, and Sonderburg, a town with everything you could wish for in stores, the harbor district and cafés.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
