For those who appreciate space, comfort and a unique vacation property, this exclusive loft in Umbria is a wonderful place to stay. The property is located in a former industrial warehouse that has been carefully and stylishly renovated. The result is a modern accommodation with plenty of character and space.
Outside, a large, fully fenced garden awaits, featuring an impressive 84 m² private swimming pool. Comfortable benches and loungers are arranged around the pool. Two verandas provide pleasant shaded spots where you can enjoy the views and the surrounding green landscape. Thanks to the air conditioning and mosquito screens on all windows, the interior remains comfortable as well.
Layout & Comfort
The loft is modern and elegantly furnished and offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Large windows create an open feeling and bring the surrounding landscape indoors.
Climate control provides both cooling and heating for warm summer days and cooler periods. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Families with young children can make use of a crib and two high chairs. One additional child up to and including 4 years old can stay free of charge.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
The large, fenced garden is the heart of this vacation property. The spacious 84 m² private swimming pool is open approximately from mid-May through mid-October. Around the pool, you can relax on the comfortable benches and loungers.
For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven. The two verandas provide shaded areas for enjoying meals together or simply relaxing while taking in the landscape. Children can have fun in the small play area.

Its convenient location makes it easy to explore a variety of destinations. The A1 motorway is approximately 38 km away, while the SS3bis/E45 towards Terni, Perugia and Cesena is about 5.7 km away.
Todi, 21 km away, is known for its historic center, panoramic setting and distinctive Etruscan-Roman and medieval architecture. Orvieto is 57 km away. The route there takes you past Lake Corbara, where you can go fishing. Perugia, 70 km away, is known for its historic sights and the Eurochocolate festival, held annually in October.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
