Jämsä 14 km, Himos 7 km, lake Päijänne 100 m, shallow beach, own pier and rowing boat. A private beach area that is shared with four neighbors.

Spacious 220 m² wooden villa (built in 1995). Five bedrooms with 11 beds, all beds are normal beds. Spacious kitchen and dining area, fireplace in the living room, two WCs, instant-ready electric sauna stove in the sauna, laundry room, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the utility room. There are 2 fridges, 2 freezer, 4G Wi-Fi, printer/scanner and electric smoker.

Chargigng the electric car with mains power is possible by additional price, please agree with the owner. A spacious yard into which the sun can shine all day. Gently sloping lawn plot descends to the shore. The plot is surrounded by a beautiful traditional rural field landscape.
