Cozy and well-equipped kelo-log cabin with a wonderful view of the slopes and functional floor plan. On the ground floor, there is a common living area, a sauna with a window and 2 bedrooms, the second one has a remote work station. On the upper floor, a "suite" with a spacious bedroom, own WC and balcony. All 7 beds are separate box springs beds with good quality bed linen. Floor heating on the entire ground floor, a heat reserving fireplace with a baking oven, an air source heat pump, ventilation windows with mosquito nets, blackout curtains, 3 WC and good storage spaces for your belongings provide living comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen has clean dishes, comprehensive food preparation equipment and several kitchen accessories (e.g. Mysoda, sandwich grill/waffle iron, milk frother, electric fondue, bread machine). The terrace, which opens to the south and west, has a spacious dining group with a gas grill and a Muurikka-brand smoker. The south balcony on the upper floor also has a comfortable sofa group.

26 km to the north from Kuusamo, Vuosseli (East-Ruka) 1,2 km, Ruka village (West-Ruka) 5.5 km. Kelo-log cabin built in 2007.

Ruka's most popular routes, the Vuosselinjärvi route and the Valtavaara slope, skirt the corner of the plot, and the ski center is a convenient 1.2 km drive away. The storage includes e.g. ski lubrication rack, kick sled, poles and Stiga-brand sleds, snowshoes, 7-speed bicycles, dart board, mölkky game and Frisbee golf discs. All equipment is for at least two people and is free to use. By the fishy lake Vuosselinjärvi (200 m) there is a three-person Stella boat and life vests in storage. The shared beach is shallow and soft.

For guests with children, there is a high chair, bicycle seat, potty, toys and games, and a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. Pets are also welcome and dogs have their own food bowls and loan equipment for cycling and sled pulling. We charge an additional fee for families with pets. Including the final cleaning in the price ensures that the cabin is well cleaned by the maintainer for every guest.
